Patrol  Manager  System

Patrol Manager System is for recording "time and location" when security officer reaches a certain point on their tour. The checkpoint usually installs near the end of each floor's stairs so it makes sure the patrol officer is able to check every spot.

 

The system consists of a computer software, checkpoint buttons and a electronic data collector. By scanning each checkpoints, the data collector stores the date and time into the device and imports the data into the software to record the daily routine.

Its main purpose is to improve the efficency of the monitoring management, and property manager can figure out the best way to improve the security routine.

 

Moreover, Security Officer cannot edit or delete the records on the software, so it's better for the management team to keep track of the patrol routine. Manager can compare the past and persent data to determine whether it needs to change the routine or not.
